A Trip to LEH !!
Yes I love beaches but growing up I have visited almost all the hill stations in India. My favourites include Leh and Ooty. It was recently that I went to Leh, one of the most beautiful places. It was a 3-4 days trip with family and friends. It was really cold there and also the oxygen was a bit less. It used to be sunny in the mornings because of the direct sunlight.
I really feel cold so layering was my key to stay warm. It is important to carry warmers as well as warm jackets as per your comfort. Shoes and boots are a must, avoid wearing flats or pointed heels as shoes and boots give comfort as well as warmth. Do carry scarfs or beanies as per your choice and sunglasses.
The first two looks are styled with the same jacket and shoes as you need to carry minimum luggage so styling one jacket in different ways is necessary. Blue jeans and a sky blue sweater paired with red long jacket. Paired with red silk scarf and black shoes. Pairing the same jacket and shoes with black jeans and sweater. Completing the look with a black muffler.
The next look was on the day I went to the highest peak in Leh where it is advised by the Indian Army not to stay there for more than 20 mins because of the cold weather and amount of oxygen present. Wearing the same black pants and sweater with a tan coloured leather jacket and black ankle boots. I don't really like covering my head but since it was really cold, I had to cover my head with my magenta scarf.
The last look is in the day so it was sunny and less cold. Wearing the black jeans and sweater paired with black shoes. To add that pop of colour to this all black look, I wore the same red scarf around my neck.
